I once watched a blacksmith working in the rain. Of course, he wasn't forging, he was working to keep his fire going, but it was work nonetheless. I can't believe you'd pass up such an opportunity to work. ;)
Kent, I'm lazy that's why I try to be as efficient as possible. Rain = no crowds = no $$ for us so we decided to call it and spend today resting because we have lots of stock to make in the next few weeks. Also a propane forge works in the rain, wink wink
